Requirements

We strongly recommend hiring a professional day-of-coordinator for events with 50 guests or more.

There are no cash sales involving alcohol at Palestrina, and a Verona-licensed bartender is required to serve alcohol within the premises.

Caterers and bar services must be chosen from the list below and are required for parties with more than 40 guests.  

Please ask if you have any additional questions regarding food service or any of our additional preferred vendors.

Please note that we have no minimum requirements to meet for food or beverages.
