The Space

Please note that everything listed here is included in the rental fee. We feature reception and dining spaces, a custom bar and mobile bar, lounge complete with a fireplace, and a few options for ceremonies depending on number of guests and preferences. The dining area can comfortably seat 180 guests and is wired for music in two areas with surround-sound pendant speakers, high-speed WiFi, and two wireless microphones. Our mobile bar is able to be moved anywhere in the building for your convenience. A custom-made geometric wooden arch is included and can be used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, photo opportunities, etc. We have a catering kitchen for your chosen preferred vendor to store and reheat food, as well as, a large ice maker, prepping tables, and bussing carts (food, alcohol, and bar services are not provided by Palestrina). There is easy access to a fenced-in patio space complete with Edison bulb lighting, seating, and a fire pit table. We have an outdoor option for those who would like to have an indoor/outdoor feature. Our custom bar provides seating for eight people and supplies ice bins, hand sinks, and select bar tools. Connecting the bar area with the reception space, the lounge area features couches and soft chairs for additional seating in front of a modern fireplace. There is free parking in front of Palestrina with 70 stalls. Additional parking may be found across the street at the Hyatt Place Hotel (shuttle service may be provided upon request). Overnight accommodations can be made at the Hyatt Place hotel. Call direct and mention your upcoming event at Palestrina for special pricing.
